Bedroom Products will accept exchanges of confirmed defective or incorrect items only. Purchases made on www.rockcandytoys.com are covered under warranty for 30 days from date of original purchase. Since we do not sell directly to retailers, Bedroom Products will not issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through any other retail entity outside of bedroomproducts.com.
Defective products will be replaced with the same product model within the warranty period only. Please do not dispose of any defective items or product packaging until contacting us. Original proof of purchase receipt is required via email no later than 30 days after your original purchase transaction. Defective item inquiries should include the following:
